He displays great leadership through his participation in company functions and sponsored charity events, and in training teammates in Personal Lines functions. Brian, being an avid sports fan, understands the value of the utility player; he has performed exceptionally in the various positions he has been asked to play, and is always ready and eager to step up to bat for the team.
